The Lotus Exige S Roadster is one of the most exciting drop top models on sale today, according to XCar. The roadster is 10kg lighter than the coupe, though it is not as hardcore compared to the Exige S coupe.

It sprints from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.8 seconds, just like the coupe, but has a top speed limited at 145 mph (233 km/h) – the coupe reaches 170 mph (274 km/h).

Powered by the same 345 hp 3.5-liter supercharged V6 engine, the Exige S Roadster feels “marginally more sensible.” Check out the review in the video below:
