NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory announced its hi-tech robot, based on primates called Robosimian. They show off how amazing the robot is in this video below.

Known also as Clyde, it was JPL's official entry at the DARPA Robotics Challenge in December 2013. The robot is designed to mimic the posture and movements of a primate and is designed for search and rescue operations.

The video below shows Clyde climbing, and clambering over obstacles. It can clear obstacles from its path and even open and pass through door ways. Check it out below: [JPL]
