When it comes to pubic hair, everyone seems to think that going bare down there is the only way. But according to a recent New York Times article, those painful Brazilian waxes might be on their way out pretty soon. But is pubic hair preference really something that's trend-worthy?

As with any trend, this can all be traced back to what celebs have been doing with their own peach fuzz. Lady Gaga showed hers in a full-frontal cover of Candy Magazine, actress Gaby Hoffmann went au natural on Girls, and Cameron Diaz even wrote about it in her new book. And just last month, an American Apparel store in New York City even debuted pubic hair on mannequins in a window display.

Whatever you do with yours, just remember to keep it clean ladies. Because if there's one thing that never goes out of style, it would have to be personal hygiene.
