Face it, you can't resist the futuristic laziness known as online shopping forever. And based on the reviews of this new "Flow" tool on Amazon's iOS app, you'll be looking up items online like a pro. The iOS app has just gotten an aggressive overhaul, and now lets you purchase whatever you need simply by pointing your phone at the item. Watch the demo below:



While it might seem like magic, the app basically scans for real-world for objects that might look similar to products in Amazon's database.

As Amazon's VP of shopping Sam Hall explains, the goal is to make everything Amazon sells searchable in this way, not so much to change people's retail experiences in stores, but to try to make it easy to replenish items that you're always buying. Check it out for yourself over at iTunes
