You're checking out the Renault KWID. It has a quadcopter drone for terrain reconnaissance, and is a three seat prototype. The concept car was presented at the New Delhi Motor Show in India.

The KWID can deploy the smart drone at a touch of a button. Called Flying Companion, it has an onboard GPS and a camera for terrain, traffic and obstacle reconnaissance.

In automatic mode, the drone follows its GPS waypoints as designated by the driver. In manual mode, the driver or the co-pilot can control the quadcopter using a built-in tablet panel.
