Tetsu Iizuka’s independent Osaka-based sneaker label Buddy teamed up with Maiden Noir for the Seattle label's Spring/Summer 2014 "Cosmic Explorer" collection. Available in black leather makeup or in blue and red colorways, the release sees a two-eyelet upper with bold color-blocking, contrasting and replaceable white rubber soles, and leather pull tabs at the heel. Finished with custom leather insoles and waxed cotton laces, the Japanese-made chukkas are now available online for $190 USD.
