You're looking at Goodyear's unnamed concept on a standard SUV tire. It has a large central groove and it is supposed to improved rolling resistance by having a reduced contact patch with the road. The tire is strictly a concept now, and there's no intention of producing it yet.

The groove improves fuel economy and tire noise. It is also designed to take large quantities of water and mud away from the tire's contact patch in wet conditions. Because it has less rubber, the tire is also lighter than conventional SUV tires.

The concept tire uses twin air chambers interconnected through a valve system allowing the tire to continue to roll even after a puncture.
