Intel's latest data cable looks a lot less boring than the current UTP cable you have connected to your computer, but that's not the end of its awesomeness. It can carry data at a rate of 800Gbps.

The cables use 64 fibers - 32 for transmitting and 32 for receiving, and each are capable of moving data at 25Gbps. When you multiply that up, that means 800Gbps in each direction, which is an aggregate of 1.6Tbps.

Sounds great? Where can I get one? For now, the cable known as MXC won't be available anytime soon. They are designed to take the place of interconnected cables in data centers and supercomputers since they've got more reasons to transfer that much of data compared to you.
