The stuff you can find at IKEA will never be quite this cool. A project by French industrial and interactive design students from Lausanne's ECAL school, this 'Delirious Home' exhibit attempts to mimic the connected home of the future by adding a humorous twist. Below are some highlights from the exhibit:
Voodoo chairs in which the movements from one chair can be felt by the other.


A clock that mimics your body movement, giving you the sensation that you can alter time


The Windblower fan that moves with the power of your breath.


Ostinati, a family of gravity-defying containers.


Delicious Bells which let you hear a sound related to what you are about to eat.


An "automated" curtain that comes with its own hand.


Chiaroscuro lamp that turns on or off by touching its shadow.


A Broken Mirror with a flexible reflective membrane that only shows a reflection when a person is directly in front of it.


Cactunes that giggle whenever touched.


The Delirious Home will be on display at Milan Design Week 2014 until April 13, 2014.
