These little fluffballs look like panda cubs, but they're actually chow chow puppies dyed black and white to resemble China's iconic pandas.
The dogs have to sit through two hours of careful grooming and coloring to make them look like little pandas. The dye lasts for about six weeks, after which the owner will have to bring them back for a touch-up. Apparently, the dogs aren't subjected to any chemical treatments during the process and aren't harmed in any other way.
