It is hard to say who will win if Goku and Superman battled it out. My bet though, is on Goku. He's got no weaknesses. But the Man of Steel on other hand? That green stuff will just kill him. Nevertheless, if it's just a pure beat out, who do you think will emerge victorious?

The animation is very impressive too.

Supes sucker punches Goku.

Even gives him the laser eyes.

But Goku is no pushover. He actually has to take a beating before he gets better.
