This is Taiwanese Zhang Tingxuan. She's beautiful, fit, and also a mother of two. She's also 43 years old. If you were looking for a reason to start keeping fit and staying healthy, this would be it.

Known as "The Gym Queen", she enjoys working out and also sticking to her ultra healthy eating regimen.

And judging from these pictures, it looks like working out is paying off big time.
