Data from numerous sources say that women are often judged in job interviews more so on how they look than their achievements and capabilities. It's a sad thing that happens, and it's got to stop!

According from data from one of the founders of OkCupid, women looking for work on the site Shiftgig.com were treated nearly the same way if they would if they were on OkCupid.

“Male HR reps weigh the female applicants’ beauty as they would in a romantic setting – which is either depressing or very, very exciting, if you’re a sexual discrimination lawyer,” wrote Christian Rudder, one of the founders of OkCupid.

There's a lot of unfairness that happens in the hiring process. Will this ever end?
