Here's the diet plan which we have promised to share with our fellow Fooyoh readers. This diet plan is known as Sumiko Watanabe's Banana Diet, or Glamour Diet because it makes your face smaller, and burns your waist and belly fat while making your breasts more full. Korean celebrities such as Seo In Young claimed that she has lost 6kg within 4 weeks with this diet plan.

Here's how you can enjoy your 'Banana Diet' plan:

Morning (Breakfast)
Eat 1-2 bananas, and drink 2 cups of warm water

Snack (Between After Breakfast, and before Lunch time)
Eat 1-2 bananas when feeling hungry.

Afternoon (Lunch)
Have anything for lunch but you have to avoid greasy, and fast foods. Only healthy, and non-oily foods can be eaten. 

Snack (Between After Lunch, and before Dinner time)
Eat 1-2 bananas when feeling hungry.

Evening (Dinner)
You can always enjoy anything during dinner but avoid greasy foods at any cost!

Snack (Between After Dinner, and 2 hours before Sleep)
Eat 1-2 bananas when feeling hungry.

Tips:
You can still eat rice because most Korean meals includes rice and herbs in their diet plan.
Avoid dessert, sweet/sugary, or fizzy water.

Benefits of Bananas
Bananas have lots of enzymes that boost digestion and metabolism that aids weight loss. They are rich source of resistant starch which leave you feeling satisfied, and increase the body’s fat-burning capacity. Banana actually improves bowel movements when you're eating it with a glass of warm water. 

However, this diet plan is not suitable for those who cannot control their food intake, and diabetics because bananas contain high level of sugar. That also answer why you shouldn't take sugary and desserts while having this in your diet plan.
