Ariana Grande performed at the VS Fashion Show in London, but something very unexpected happened. It wasn't planned. In fact, it's one of the first few mishaps of the show.

First, you've got to remember, Ariana is not Grande in size.

So it's no wonder she got hit in the head by a model's wings.
