If you're a model, then you wouldn't like it if your picture ended up as the logo for a porn site. This model had the unfortunate luck of being in not one, but multiple porn sites!

Model Nicole Forni filed a lawsuit against photographer Joshua Resnick for breach of contract, fraudulent inducement and fraud.

Resnick shot photos of Forni for a “Trade for Portfolio” agreement, which means Forni and Resnick didn't accept compensation, but just used each other as their portfolio.

According to the Forni, Resnick agreed to a deal stating that none of the photos of her would be used in a "adult-oriented, pornographic, or obscene manner".

Doesn't look like the case. Her picture has been used on various pornographic websites and even on the cover of an erotic ebook in Dubai.
