If you've never heard of Samantha Lee, then here's a woman you need to follow on Instagram now. The mother of two is a food artist, and has gained over 640k followers thanks to her very creative, intricate and edible food designs.

The food she makes looks absolutely stunning and delicious too and was aimed to get her daughters excited to eat. She wrote on her Facebook page on what got her involved in food art in the first place:

She started food art to help her eldest daughter eat independently back in 2008 when she was pregnant with her second.
