It's really hard to lose weight yet when we heard about celebrities having a slimmer midsection in a short period without much effort, we would surely tempted to try it. #1 - The waist clincher would make you hard to breathe as it squishes your lungs and ribs. You might passed out from wearing it for too long. You will also have fractured ribs, compressed lungs, and crushed organs in long-term.

#2 - Experts say the waist training doesn't really work as one cannot reduce the fats stored in one particular area of the body. The fat will go right back to where it was no matter how long your wear the corset.
