Every time a Fast and Furious sequel comes out, we're told that this could be the last one. And then with Furious 7, we were told this is the final one ever. Ever. But it seems like they're riding on the use of 'last-one' hype because now they've got an official date for Furious 8!

Which leads us to believe, there's definitely going to be Furious 45.

Or until Vin Diesel is too old to drive.

Vin Diesel confirmed that despite having no script or director, Furious 8 is coming - April 14, 2017.

He said:

"I swear to you and to my brother upstairs [Walker], we are going to make the best movie you’ve ever seen." He went on to thank fans, saying, "For me, personally, you all gave me so much confidence. There was so much love. You made me feel like we could actually make history with Furious Seven. You’ve been so loyal all along. ... Because there’s a pride that you have that we feel, the people that make the movie, the studio that I call my home, my family. You make us fell like we ant to give you the best move in the world to share with you."
