It's no surprise that running and boobs don't get along. In fact, they're not the best of friends, ever. Running with boobs is actual hell sometimes. It's a real-life struggle we all go through.

1. Readjusting is a real thing we need to do.

2. You don't want them to jiggle so much when you run down stairs.

3. And bras may not be able to fight the power of your boobs as they do move around a lot.

4. The only way to keep them in is wearing this kind of swimsuit. Which by the way might just be tough too.

5. Going up and down isn't all your worries on a plate. Left-to-right movement is real too!

6. That tank top of yours may not be able to contain the goodness on your chest

7. This is probably why a Wonder Woman TV show is so hard to make.

8. Let's not even talk about sports because, this is tough!

9. At the very least, workouts don't require a lot of movement.

10. And when you're not even running and this happens below, running will probably be worse!

11. Even the slightest bounce, will make them bounce with you.

12. And when you run, people are just looking at how they bounce.

13. Even sports bras hate them.


14. Not to mention getting out of it.


15. But even so, it's something we've all learned to live with.
