In what seems like the easiest way to look for a case to bring against someone, a Shanghai man filed a lawsuit against actress Zhao Wei for staring at him through the TV screen. It sounds just as preposterous as you can imagine.

The man accused her of causing "spiritual damage" with her intense glares on screen. Now he wants some compensation, according to China Times.

This is surely a bizarre lawsuit, and we're pretty certain it shouldn't even be allowed to be filed in the first place. What a waste of everyone's time.
