You would think that lawmakers have meetings to help make rules and changes for the better, but it turns out from these spy pics, their work itself may be so boring that they have to resort to watching sexy videos instead of working.

Hong Kong's Legislative Council lawmaker Wong Ting-Kwong was caught checking this out during recent controversial debates over the proposal for election reform in Hong Kong:

He was watching sexy videos of women playing pool during the legal session which lasted from 11AM to 8PM.
