Want to bling out your teeth? Dolly Cohen, is the dental technician turned mouth grill designer you want to look for. The only problem? She's very difficult to get a hold of, according to Vogue. Her clients are usually celebrities like Rihanna and more.

Cohen is only 29, and she used to be a dental technician before turning into a grill designer.

It obviously made her more money of course.

Most of her designs are custom made, because she needs to see her clients' teeth first.

Her range of jewelry are specifically designed for celebrities like Cara Delevingne, Rita Ora, Drake, ASAP Rocky and more.

It seems weird wearing jewelry in your mouth, right?

She says, "Once I create a piece, I never do it again. Anybody can ask for letters, like Cara, but for example, the AK-47 I did for Rihanna, that will be the only one."

She started designing grills nine years ago when her boyfriend randomly asked her to make him a grill.

Since then she's been doing it for clients, gaining them only by word of mouth.

She says, it's like a ring for the teeth.
