Here's one cool stunt, done by Nestle. And just because its Nestle, you'll have to give them some credit for being this brave, after all, most of their campaigns are usually very family friendly. This one here is a tad adult-ish. They recently released a marketing video that went viral on social media for showing baristas that were only wearing body paint.

The theme "Natural Bliss" as its slogan also had the baristas going all natural.

I doubt this would be an every day thing.
