Moms are the best. There's no argument there. A new viral video is showing off the plight of Japanese mothers who work full-time jobs while having to also take care of the household and care for their children. It's basically a video for every working mom.

Japanese mothers who quit their day jobs to become full-time mothers are given more respect than mothers who work around the clock to make ends meet. But this new video created by Tokyo-based software company Cybozu shows off the struggles that a working mom goes through.

Her male co-workers do not fully understand the sacrifices she has to make just to pick her sick son up from school, and she's on the verge of a breakdown.

Cybozu challenges viewers to see the pain and sacrifice moms go through on a daily basis.

The company also created a second video reflecting a similar message which the same mother encounters a working father who thinks moms have it easy. But then, it doesn't take him long to realize how blind he has been all along.
