Here's some good news for those of you who get into work at around 10am. It wouldn't sit well with employers though. However, according to research, we should start work later on in the morning, around 10 am. One neuroscientist is suggesting that so that it would be a healthy part of our work lifestyle.

He says, staff should start at 10am, because most staff are usually sleep-deprived.

Dr. Kelley explained that it is hugely damaging on the body's systems because you are affecting physical, emotional and performance systems in the body with the lack of sleep.

According to the National Sleep Foundation, adults of ages between 18 and 64 should get 7 to 9 hours of sleep each night. Any less can be damaging.
