At first glance, you wouldn't believe for a second that Kate Stoltz was raised and lived an Amish up until she was 20 years old. Before that, she lived in an Amish community in Myerstown, Pennyylvania.

But before that, she was usually in Amish attire.

There's no use of technology or anything modern in an Amish community.

Stoltz had a hidden radio while growing up, and would listen to Eminem.

She was also the star of "Breaking Amish," a reality show that focuses on young Amish adults who leave their homes to pursue their dreams.

While she never thought for once she'd be on TV, she always wanted to experience the city life.

She ended up going to New York to be a model.

She's always aspired to be one growing up.

She was the only one that chose not to go back to her community and instead moved to New York when she turned 21.

She's posed for Maxim, walked the runway at NY Fashion Week for Cesar Galdino since then.
