She wants to trademark "Kylie." Except it's pissing a lot of people off.

Kylie Minogue is one of those people. And she's stopping that from happening.

In fact, her legal team sent this at Jenner's trademark request. It's a super burn. They call Jenner a "second-rate reality TV star."

Minogue's team also reminded the fact that she owns Kylie.com and has sold over 80 million records.

Jenner on the other hand, hasn't done much with her life except amassed a huge Instagram following.
