This is Maria Ho. She's 33-years-old and is considered as one of the best female poker players in the world. She's already raked in $2.6 million in earnings and one of her many talents is the ability to tell when someone is lying.

She gets it because she's been lied to a lot.

She puts that strong intuition to use in the game.

Born in Taiwan, her family emigrated to the U.S.when she was 5-years-old.

She's got a degree in communication studies, and though she intended to be a lawyer, she decided to choose to be a professional poker player.

She initially played it for recreation.

But soon her skills started to tell her she was pretty damn good at it.

Her biggest prize was in 2011 when she brought home $540,000 for being the runner-up.

She does admit, that playing poker professionaly is very tough.

Also, it doesn't help that she's quite the looker!
