It works by shocking you everytime you succumb to a bad habit.

No one wanted to offer him, except Kevin O'Leary. Sethi was seeking $500,000 investment for 3.14% of his company.

O'Leary offered a $500,000 loan at 7.5% for two years and 3.14% equity, but Sethi just rejected him because he didn't like O'Leary.
