Get the hell out of here. Who knew using Instagram could make you so much cash? Except, you'll have to be Kendall Jenner. And obviously, the more popular you are, the more valuable and higher you can charge companies to pay for a post. Kendall can make up to $300K per Instagram post.

The amount is pretty damn ludicrous. She has 44 million followers and she can earn between $125,000 and $300,000 per post.

That could easily make her the richest model if she keeps it up!

Analytics firm D'Marie reveal that Jenner ranks above fellow models Cara Delevigne and Gigi adid for the amount they pull in with their social media reach.

And why wouldn't advertisers love Kendall? In June, she set the record for the most likes on a single post on Instagram. 2.5 million likes in five weeks and 3.3 million in total. This post:

She's also made it to Forbes' list of highest paid models this year with an estimate of $4 million. That's like a little less than 15 Instagram posts!
