It's not easy to always pay attention to your new born all the time, but Mimo is a connected onesie that will monitor their sleep and feeds information back to parents using a smartphone app.

The app may seem very "helicopter-parent" like but could address the problem of SIDS - where thousands of babies die suddenly every year with no obvious cause. Many of these deaths also occur during sleep.

The onesie is available on a crowdfunding site and will cost $200 and comes in three organic cotton onesies that will act as respiration sensors. Also, a toy turtle clip that monitors movements and a Wi-Fi base station shaped like a lilly. It's also fully equipped with a microphone.

The app will collect information such as how many times your baby has rolled over in the night, the longest nap and other changes too.
