Malaysian Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak has met up with Facebook chairman and CEO Mark Zuckerberg to discuss a potential collaborative effort and on ways to facilitate better utilization of Malaysia's Internet infrastructure to serve more users at a lower cost through means such as the propagation of internet.org's data encryption models.

The Prime Minister is currently on a Experiential Visit to Silicon Valley organised by Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC), a government sponsored initiative to create a hi-tech business corridor in Malaysia.
