Samsung's smartwatch - the Galaxy Gear is now going to be compatible with a range of other devices, including the Galaxy S4, S3 and the Galaxy Note 3.

Samsung will also make Gear compatible with other Galaxy devices, including Galaxy S4 mini, S4 Active, Mega 5.8, Mega 6.3, and S4 zoom, through a separate update, which will become available "at the end of October".
