Mercedes-Benz will be back to the inline-six cylinder engine game, according to UK's AutoCar. The first to receive this treatment is the next generation E-Class, which is set to debut in 2016.
The new inline six is modular in nature, which will allow the automaker to spinoff three and four cylinder options.
