According to AutoBild, The Speedster might be brought back in early 2015 as a limited series model with a unique body similar to the 2011 car which is based on the latest 991 cabrio.

It will apparently be limited to 550 units, to pay tribute to the original 550 Spyder. Stay tuned for more.
