This is the last Gallardo. After 10 years in production and over 14,000 units sold, the last one has rolled out off the Sant'Agata Bolgonese assembly line.

The Gallardo marked a turn for Lamborghini, as they cranked up its production rate from 250 cars per year to around 2,000. The company made a whole lot more money of them than anything else.

Lamborghini has built about 30,000 cars in 50 years. 14,022 of them are Gallardos.

The last unit built is a Gallardo LP 570-4 Spyder Performante in Rosso Mars (red), and is being purchased by a private collector.
