There's science to everything. And if you apply it correctly to certain things, results can be very fascinating. Here's how you can use science to pour the perfect beer.

Chris Clarke explains five scientific steps to do it. You have to control the rate of formation of bubbles, to ensure a predictable build up of foam, or head as some would call it. You'll also have to use a clean glass and angle it at a 45 degree angle as you pour.
