Sick of the Planet Earth already and are looking to make a move soon? There are more than 60 billion habitable planets littering the Milky Way. So how are you going to find them?

This picture here shows you how many planets are within 60 light years of Earth. Not too far, actually.

The size of the circle represents the size of the planet, and the color indicates the kind of star it orbits. Dusky red means that it is spinning around something similar to the Sun, gray means the star is a different size, and dark circles represent planets that are the same size as Earth.

There aren't 60 billion matches in this image though, but it may be a good thing, since then you'll be spoilt for choice. Till the day we find a way to travel between stars, we guess you'll have to stick around on Earth for a while longer. [XKCD]
