Equipment manufacturers are using the Olympics to show off their latest technologies designed to enhance an athlete's performance. Under Armour's new speedskating suit claims to be the fastest in the world. It is called Mach 39, and it was developed with the help of Lockheed Martin.

The suit underwent 300 hours of wind tunnel testing and was analyzed using computational fluid dynamics at Lockheed Martin to determine the optimal aerodynamic design.

The suit was engineered to help skaters slice through the air, and a repositioned zipper bypasses the throat and will make the suit more comfortable to wear too. Under Armour is also using a material they call ArmourGlide that will help reduce friction in the thigh area.

Will these suits give athletes an unfair advantage? [Under Armour]
