Dropbox is sort of diversifying today. It dropped a series of announcements at an event, about the future of the company. They revealed Carousel - their new photo gallery service.

It is an easy-to-use gallery for videos and photos combining the ones from a user's Dropbox with those on their phone and backs everything up. It will also have a private conversation function allowing thse to be easily shared.

The app is currently available for iOS and Android.

But that's not all. Dropbox for Business is now integrated into traditional Dropbox accounts and is available to everyone. The company also announced "Project Harmony" - an initiative to help users see those editing a file, converse with them and keep copies in sync inside apps.

Finally, there's Mailbox, a mobile email offering which is available for Android. It will learn a user's common behaviors to automate tasks like routing and snoozes.
