Is the Apple Watch a threat to real watches? What are real watches anyway, these days? Tag Heuer's CEO Jean-Claude Biver recently told Reuters, 'Apple will get young people used to wearing a watch, and later maybe they will want to buy themselves a real watch.'

Then today, we're reading that the luxury watch maker is teaming up with Intel to work on a timepiece that's "smart" too. It will have stuff like geolocation, altitude and distance walked and probably a few more, but not quite everything a smartwatch can do. But at least, it will look like a "proper" watch.

Tag Heuer and Intel are expected to reveal something later today, so let's keep our eyes peeled out.

Something like this, perhaps?
