Can't do without your caffeine fix? When is the best time to drink a cup? According to science, sometime between 9:30 and 11:30 in the morning should work well.

Neuroscience doctoral student Steven Miller explains the reasoning in a very helpful blog post. He explains that careful timing of when you get your fix prevents you from building a tolerance to it.

He suggests avoiding coffee during time periods when the body is naturally more alert, and instead try a cup as the body is coming off these peaks. Check out his blog for more pointers and remember - between 9:30 and 11:30 am!
