Sometimes we're so tired we just want to take a nap. But there's more to naps than just shutting your eyes for a couple of minutes. Turns out, there are many different types of it. There's a micro-nap which lasts for two to five minutes and then there's the original power nap which lasts for 20 minutes, and a nano-nap which lasts for 10-20 seconds.
