In what seems like a page out of a horror movie, a woman fell victim to an escalator at the Anliang shopping center in Jingzhou, China. While she was debarking from up the escalator, it started to give way. The mother was holding her baby, and managed to kicked and push her baby away to safety.

Unfortunately for her, she fell through and didn't make it.

What a horrifying accident.

It seems that escalators have been making tons of headlines lately, and for all the wrong reasons.
