‘You can’t do it… you are just a girl.’

Growing up as a woman has never been easy. There comes a huge list of restrictions, boundaries, stereotypes, and criticism with being a woman.

Since the beginning of time, there have been various stereotypes attached to the female gender. From being thought of as the hearth to being the weaker gender, being unable to flourish in a workplace, less ambitious, very sensitive, and being unable to fathom the way the world works, there have been numerous hurtful things that women have had to, and still hear from time to time.

To some extent, it might even be true, but there is no one else to blame other than the society. These stereotypes gave rise to endless restrictions, some of which are still observed today. But the worst part is the harsh words and the ceaseless criticism. The majority of the woman population has heard people telling them that they can’t achieve a certain goal, regardless of how big or small it is, just because she is a girl. And that is absolutely heart-wrenching.

But, by showing how strong-headed, and strong-willed they are, women across the world have proven the society and the world wrong over and over again. From the business sector to the industrial world, and from fighting for the rights to entertaining the world, women have proved that there is nothing that a woman cannot achieve.

There are so many women who have excelled and made their marks in their respective fields. Rosa Parks, the first lady of civil rights and the mother of the freedom movement, Christabel Pankhurst, the co-founder of the Women’s Social and Political Union, Sheryl Sandberg, the Chief Operating Officer of Facebook, Indra Nooyi, one of the world’s most powerful women, Scarlett Johanson, the most successful actress in Hollywood, Margaret Atwood, the most prominent author, Madonna, the only female artist to have sold more than 250 million units in claimed sales, and the list is endless!

Most of all, being a woman is all about believing in yourself, and be there for others. And no woman does it better than Kristina Johnson! Not only did she achieve her goals and is more confident and happier than before, she has dedicated her life to making a difference in other women’s lives to help them be more self-confident and find their true potentials.

DISCOVER WHY BEING A WOMAN IS SOME KIND OF JEWEL
Kristina Johnson is a 39-year-old business analyst, business coach, health, and fitness coach. She is a firm believer that the only barrier between a woman and her dreams is her own mind, and once a woman achieves freedom from the negative thoughts and the criticism present in her mind, there is nothing that a woman can not and will not do. Hence, the only power that a woman needs to achieve is to gain control of her thoughts. Instead of believing what the society has fed the woman’s brain, the belief that she is powerful enough to conquer every milestone, and soar high makes a woman strong, determined, confident, free, and she becomes unstoppable. This is why being a woman is some kind of jewel.

And this is exactly what Kristina aims at doing. She belives that women are wondrous beings, who need wings of self-love and self-care, and they can do anything! To help women discover what they are truly capable of, Kristina founded the Visionary Mindset Academy on November 1, 2019, with support from her husband, Simeon Johnson.

Through her academy, Kristina aims at helping women of all ages and races. Using her own experiences, she aspires to educate women on various topics, including self-development, giving self-care, how to fight battles they might face in the corporate world, how to balance professional and personal life, and even starting up and successfully running a business. She seeks to help women cross all bridges and help them find their inner selves.

Kristina also launched her own blog to motivate women across the globe, to lift them up when they feel hopeless, help them resonate with their true calling, see the bright side of every situation, and to make them more confident, more determined and passionate about achieving their goals.
