Bacon. A man's first love. But maybe, after this study, you'll want to tone that down a little. A new study involving meat and your manhood has suggested that too much bacon might make your swimmers less enthusiastic.

The study is titled, "Men's meat intake and treatment outcomes among couples undergoing assisted reproduction" published in late June.

Its findings suggest that the type of meat a man eats (processed vs. poultry) have a significant impact on the ability of his sperm to meet up and make good love to an egg.

Men who had a high quartile of poultry intake had a 13% higher fertilization rate compared to the average (men  in the lowest quartile of poultry, 35% less likely than the average.)

When it came to ICF success, men who enjoy high diets of processed meat like bacon were 82%, 67%, 70%, and 54% when compared to average. Which means, a diet with a lot of bacon makes spermies less likely to fertilize an egg.

The study isn't asking you to cut bacon out completely. Just don't pray to it everyday.
