Kelly Jagan is a full-time model based in Kuala Lumpur. She was born in Kota Kinabalu of a Chinese-Indian parentage, and moved to Kuala Lumpur when she was 4 years old. She loves working out in the gym, and currently vying for the Miss Malaysia Universe 2015. Prior this, she won the Ford Models Supermodel of the World Malaysia in 2009. Check out her photos below:
