The New York Times is reporting the rising trend of men getting beard transplants. The procedure grew from 1.5 percent of all hair restoration procedures performed internationally in 2012 to 3.7 percent in 2014.

Since the technology has improved, the new method involves harvesting hair from the thick growth on the back of your head and implanting them one at a time to give you a bushy beard like a lumberjack.
