London and Vienna-based design and innovation consultant firm SIRS renovated an apartment from the 1980s into an East London penthouse. The result is an expansive living area with large glass windows and a penthouse containing three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms for each room.

Named the Elysium Penthouse, it is located in Yaletown and it is bright and luxurious.

8. Honeycomb condo project

This mid-rise condo will face a marina and the ocean in the Bahamas and it features apartments ranging from two bedrooms to seven bedroom penthouses.

The 34-unit complex is a part of a larger resort known as The Albany.

9. Pacific Bondi Beach Apartments in Sydney

The Capit.el Group of Australia has renovated the Swiss Grand Hotel in Pacific Bondi Beach to produce 95 premium lighthouse apartments, including two luxurious penthouses.

The interior decor, designed by Koichi Takada, was inspired by the four elements, and blends the texture of the beachfront with the changing light using natural materials such as stone and wood.
